Halley Machine Vision
Bin Picking of Rotors With Wenglot ShapeDrive

RA.ZE welcomes the newest matrix 3D sensor from Wenglor: the ShapeDrive.

Wenglor ShapeDrive is a 3D sensor with a resolution from 5 MP up to 12 MP with a blue structured light projector, capable to return very high-density point cloud for both acquisition volumes of small and big dimensions.

On this occasion, Halley presents a Bin Picking demo of reflective objects arranged in bulk and with a fixed sensor. The demo features a ShapeDrive 3D MLBS102, a Denso VS6577 robot and a 600x400x200 mm case containing rotors.

RA.ZE uses the Halcon library of MVTec of which Halley Machine Vision is a Certified Partner.
