Halley machine vision | Fast bin picking

Just back from A&T 2019 in Turin we want to share our Fast Bin Picking demonstration.

A M-model Phoxi 3D Scanner by Photoneo is used to scan a 600x400x200 mm bin containing 200 steel pipes of 65 mm radius and 50 mm length.

RA.ZE is able in 1.3 seconds to guide a Denso VS 6577 robot to pick a part. This process achieves an overall cycle time of 5.5 seconds.
